1. Called in revise. None appeared on behalf of petitioners.
2. By means of the present writ petition, petitioners have sought the following reliefs:
“i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to pay the salary of the employees of the institution.
ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the proceeding of the C.B.C.I.D. enquiry as per its relates to petitioners institution.
iii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent to pay the current as well as arrears of the salary and same will be continued to pay the same when its fall due time to time.
iv) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to release and hand over the document and record of the institution which was seized on 7.10.2003.”
3. However, I have gone through the pleadings, grounds as also reliefs sought and find that petitioners are not able to make out a case so as to justify interference of this Court by granting reliefs, as prayed for.
4. Moreover, it appears that either the cause of action no more survives or that petitioners have lost interest in this matter or it has otherwise become infructuous and, probably for this reason, none is interested to have decided this matter on merits and that is why, counsel for petitioners is absent.
5. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
