Meanwhile, out of the total amount deposited, the claimant shall be entitled to withdraw the amount to the extent of 50% without any security and the remaining shall be kept in fixed deposit by the Workmen Compensation Commissioner yielding maximum interest, which shall be subject to decision of appeal.
