JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Yogesh Chandra Gupta,J.
Perused the office report dated 15.4.2011 regarding service of notice issued to the respondent by Registered Post A.D. In view of the said office report, service of notice on the respondent is deemed to be sufficient in view of the provisions of Explanation II to Rule 12 of Chapter VIII of the Rules of the Court.
The office is directed to submit report regarding receipt of the record of the Court below as also regarding filing of the paper books of the parties.
List along with connected matters after two weeks.
