The petitioner Union made a representation on 29.05.2017 seeking grant of provident fund loan to its members. On its non-consideration, the present writ petition has been filed.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.
3.Without going into the merits of the case and taking note of the pendency of the representation, a direction is issued to the respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 29.05.2017 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
