In this petition, the petitioner inter alia seeks a direction to the respondents to consider the application submitted by the petitioner for conversion from T-1 visa to Student Visa as per the visa rules and regulations.

Accordingly, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction that suitable action on the application submitted by the petitioner shall be taken in accordance with law if not already decided by the competent authority by a speaking order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today.
