JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Heard learned advocate Mr. Shukla for the petitioner and learned advocate Mr. Mankad for the respondent.
2. Rule.
By way of interim relief, the operation and implementation of the award impugned in present petition is stayed on the condition that the petitioner shall comply with the requirements and conditions under Section-17-B of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 and pay the wages to the concerned workman in accordance with Section-17-B of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947.
3. The petition may be listed for final hearing in due course.
