THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.26369 of 2014 ORDER :
Ventilating the grievance regarding refusal by the District Registrar/Sub- Registrar, to receive the deed of conveyance concerning the lands in Survey No.87, 90 to 110, 112, 114, 115, 123, 137, 141, 267, 272, 273 & 279 of Malkapur Village, Choutuppal Mandal, Nalgonda District, a representation is submitted by the petitioners to the District Collector, Nalgonda on 03.06.2014.
The grievance of the petitioners in this writ petition is that the said representation is not disposed of till date causing hardship to the petitioners.
When the matter is taken up the counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Government Pleader submitted that the writ petition can be disposed of, directing the District Collector, Nalgonda to pass orders on the representation dated 03.06.2014 submitted by the petitioners as expeditiously as possible.
Having regard to the above submission without expressing any opinion on merits this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the District Collector, Nalgonda, to dispose of the representation dated 03.06.2014 submitted by the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioners. It is needless to observe that if the petitioners are aggrieved by any such decision, they can avail appropriate remedies available under law. There shall be no order as to costs.
4. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
