Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the order of this Court dated 15.03.2016, made in W.P.(MD)No. 10116 of 2013, has been complied with by the respondents in letter and spirit and produced a copy of the letter of the second respondent namely the District Educational Officer, Cheranmahadevi, Tirunelveli District in e.f.vz;.5191/M4/2012> dated 07.03.2017.
2.Recording the statement and taking into account the order passed by the second respondent dated 07.03.2017, this Contempt Petition is closed.
