When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is represented by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner that a compromise has been entered into between the petitioner and the contesting party, namely, the fourth respondent in the main writ petition and he has also produced a copy of the compromise settlement deed, dated 13.06.2017. Therefore, he prayed to close this contempt petition.
2.In view of the compromise deed as well as recording the submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Contempt Petition is closed.
