JUDGMENT / ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the respondent to remove the obstructions caused in entering the petitioner's shop by the unauthorised parking of autorickshaws in front of his shop. The petitioner filed Ext.P2 complaint before the respondent. The petitioner submits that the Traffic Regulatory Committee has not taken any decision permitting to park vehicles in front of his shop. Therefore, parking of auto rickshaws in front of his shop is illegal and liable to be removed. The petitioner has impleaded the Pallarimangalam Grama Panchayath and the Traffic Regulatory Committee as additional respondents 2 and 3 as per I.A. No.16855/2014. 2. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to consider Ext.P2 complaint and take action to remove illegal parking of autorickshaws in front of the petitioner's shop. This shall be done within a period of two W.P.(c).No.31980 of 2014 : 2 :
weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
3. It is open for the additional 3rd respondent to convene the meeting of the Traffic Regulatory Committee and take a decision, allowing parking of autorickshaws within the area of additional 2nd respondent Pallarimangaalam Grama Panchayat, within six weeks from the date of a receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
