JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned counsel for the respondent Bank submits that the condition imposed by this Court as per order dated 09.03.2011 has not been complied with. This Court also specifically vacated the interim order passed on 09.03.2011 by order dated 05.04.2011. There is absolutely no reason why the writ petition should be kept pending. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. AMV/27/11/ Sd/-
