JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ext. P1 penalty order for the assessment year 2010 – '11 was subjected to challenge by way of Ext. P3 revision petition along with petition for stay. After considering petition for stay, Ext. P4 order came to be passed directing the petitioner to satisfy 30 % of the disputed liability so as to avail the benefit of interim stay during pendency of appeal and to furnish adequate security for the balance amount within two weeks. Ext. P4 is dated 14.10.2014. The grievance of the petitioner is that Ext. P4 is not correct or sustainable.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the only prayer now pressed before this Court is to grant some breathing time to comply with the direction contained in Ext. P4 order.
3. Heard the learned Government Pleader as well.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances, the petitioner is given two weeks' time more, to comply with the direction contained in Ext.P4. Subject to satisfaction of the condition within two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, the petitioner W.P.(C) No. 30592 of 2014 : 2 :
shall continue to avail the benefit of interim stay during pendency of appeal.
