BELOW SPEAKING TO MINUTES 1 It is indicated in the Note for Speaking to Minutes that in paragraph no.5 of the order, instead of Ahmedabad Edition , Vadodara Edition is mentioned. Hence words Vadodara Edition occurring in paragraph no.5 of the order dated 13.12.2012 are substituted and be read as Ahmedabad Edition .
2 Similarly in paragraph no.6 Notice to the Central Government is issued through the Regional Director, North Western Region, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, New Delhi . The petitioner has indicated that instead of New Delhi the notice to be sent through the Regional Director, North Western Region, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, ROC Bhavan, Opp. Rupal Park Society, behind Ankur Bus Stop, Naranpura, Ahmedabad .
3 In view of the aforesaid request made in paragraph nos. 5 and 6 of the order dated 13.12.2012, the same are substituted and be read as under :

The Note stands disposed of accordingly.
