Respondents This Miscellaneous First Appeal is filed under Section 30(1) of the Employees Compensation Act, against the judgment and award dated 09.04.2019, passed in ECA No.39/2017, on the file of the XIX Additional Small Causes Judge and MACT, Bengaluru (SCCH-17), awarding compensation of Rs.7,47,600/- with interest at 12% p.a. from the date of accident till its realization.
This Miscellaneous First Appeal coming on for Orders this day, the Court delivered the following:
JUDGMENT Learned counsel for the appellant files a memo dated 30.10.2019 for withdrawal of the appeal with liberty to file fresh appeal after compliance of provisions of Section 30 of the Employees Compensation Act, 1923.
Said memo is placed on record.
In view of the memo filed, the Miscellaneous First Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as sough for.
