JUDGMENT / ORDER

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. 2. According to the petitioner, he is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.1274/2011 of Podanur Police Station, Tamil Nadu. Notice was issued to the concerned investigating officer. He has turned up and filed a report stating that so far the petitioner has not been made an accused in the crime, and that the other accused in the Crime had misled the investing officer by mentioning the name of the petitioner’s shop. Matters being so, the petitioner need not have any reasonable apprehension of arrest in this crime. The report is recorded. In case the police wants to arrest the petitioner in the present crime, he BA.7430/2014 : 2 :
shall be given an opportunity to approach this Court under Section 438 Cr.P.C..
With the above observations, this Bail Application is dismissed.
