JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. The petitioner is the registered owner of a stage carriage vehicle bearing No.KL-32/A 2025. He has preferred Ext.P2 application for temporary permit before the respondent. The limited prayer of the petitioner is for a direction to the respondent to consider and pass orders on the same within time frame.
2. I have heard the learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondent.
3. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the respondent to consider the application, if there is a vacancy of the stage carriage KL-32/A 8624 in the route in question and, in the absence of any other person having a better or preferential claim, to W.P.C.12238/14 2 grant temporary permit for four months duration within a week of production of the certified copy of the judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
