Civil Judge District Development Officer ­ vs Mepabhai Mandan Sorathia ­S

In view of the order placed on record by learned counsel, Ms.Amin appearing for learned counsel, Mr.Karia stating that Civil Application No.6792 of 2011 in First Appeal No.330 of 2000 regarding bringing legal heirs on record has been disposed of by this Court (Coram : B.J. Shethna & N.G. Nandi, JJ) vide order dated 15.01.2002, against which, Special Leave to Appeal (Civil) No.19920/2002 was also dismissed by the Supreme Court. Therefore, the present First Appeal deserves to be dismissed. Accordingly, present First Appeal stands dismissed in view of the above order, which has been confirmed by the Hon'ble Apex Court as having been abated.
