Mr. PM Vyas, learned advocate of the petitioner, states that though direct service was permitted, rule could not be served on respondent Nos.1, 2 and 4 as they are not residing at the address mentioned in the cause title of the application. He therefore wants to serve them by substituted service and in this regard he wants to file application. He therefore seeks time. Upon his request, S.O. to 25.1.2005.
