The applicant who had purchased the Lot No. III plant and machinery of Radha Kishen Cement Limited (in liquidation), has prayed for extension of period for removing the plant and machinery in light of various reasons stated in the application. Having heard learned Advocate for the applicant and the official Liquidator, it would be in the interest of justice to extend the period for removing plant and machinery, Lot No.III purchased by the applicant vide order dated 16.10.2001 passed in O.L. Report No.9 of 2001 in company petition No. 123 of 1996 from the premises of Radha Kishan Cement Ltd. (in Liquidation). Accordingly the applicant is granted extension by a period of Six weeks from 4.4.2002. The application stands disposed off accordingly.
