JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Dr. Satish Chandra,J.
We are informed that a Special Leave Petition against the order dated 29.5.2009 passed in Writ Petition No. 3957 of 2008 (M/B) has been filed in the Apex Court and the outcome of this Special Leave Petition will govern the pending writ petitions.
Sri D.D.Chopra states that the Special Leave Petition has been filed raising the same issues.
List this petition for hearing after three months awaiting the decision of the Hon'ble Apex Court. The parties are at liberty to inform the decision of the Apex Court whenever it comes. Untill then the interim orders dated 6.6.2008 and 23.9.2008 will continue to operate.
