Heard Mr.M.M.Saiyed, learned advocate for the petitioners and Mr.Pranav S.Dave, learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents Nos.1 to
3. Respondent No.4 has been served but none appears on his behalf.
Rule returnable on 23.04.2012.
The status-quo order, granted earlier, is confirmed and shall continue till the final decision of the petition. The status-quo order would not debar the petitioner from making a request to the Competent Authority for payment of premium, or the Competent Authority from processing the same, in accordance with law.
