Order:
This Company Petition is filed for an order to wind up the respondent- Company for non-payment of the debt due to the petitioner.
At the hearing, Sri J.Srinath Reddy, learned Counsel representing Sri C.Sudesh Anand, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the respondent has since paid the entire debt due to the petitioner and that therefore, the Company Petition may be closed as no further adjudication thereof is necessary.
In the light of the above-submission of the learned Counsel representing the petitioner, the Company Petition is closed.
