Incorporated under the provisions of the Indian Companies Act, 1956, having its registered office at 2-83/4, Kakatiyanagar, Street No.1, Habsiguda, Hyderabad-500007, Rep. by its Directors Mr. Jagan Mohan Rao, Mrs. K. Sujatha and Ms. K. Radhika.

ORDER:
This company petition is filed for ordering winding up of the respondent for non-payment of debt due to the petitioner.
At the hearing, Mr. Nishit Bhattacharjee, learned counsel, representing Mr. Deepak Bhattacharjee, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that after filing of this company petition, O.T.S. was sanctioned in favour of the respondent and that in pursuance thereof, the respondent has paid the amount settled under O.T.S.
In view of the above submission, the company petition is dismissed as the dispute is settled out of Court.
As a sequel to dismissal of the company petition, Company Application No.809 of 2012 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
