JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE D.H.WAGHELA) In view of filing by the State of Special Civil Application No.18414 of 2011, the present appeal was not pressed at this stage and sought to be withdrawn with liberty to revive it in case of the aforesaid petition being rejected. Learned AGP appearing for the respondent having no objection, the appeal is disposed as withdrawn along with the Civil Application at this stage with liberty to revive in case the Special Civil Application No.18414 of 2011 is decided against the State.
