THE HON’BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 11877 of 2008 ORDER: (Per the Hon’ble The Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) The matter has become infructuous, as the Government orders impugned relate to 2005-08 and by passage of time there must be change in the pricing of the tickets. If the basic problem survives today on different context, it would be open for the petitioner to bring a fresh action in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observation, we close the writ petition. No order as to costs.
