This petition has been filed, seeking to forbear the respondents 1 & 2 from effecting any mutation in the name of the 3rd respondent in respect of the property, comprised in S.Nos.79/1, 79/2 & 80/2, Paramakudi Taluk, without issuing any notice of enquiry to the petitioner on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 10.12.2012.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that nothing survives for adjudication in this matter and the petition may be closed as infructuous, by granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the subsequent order, if any, to be passed by the authority concerned.
3. In view of the above submission, this petition is dismissed as having become infructuous, with liberty as sought for by the petitioner. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
