JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Prakash Krishna,J.
Let the supplementary affidavit filed today be taken on record.
The learned A.G.A. appearing for the respondents prays for and is granted one month time to file counter affidavit.
On consideration of the facts and circumstances of this case and on perusal of the impugned first information report as well as the other first information report lodged earlier filed as annexure-2 to the writ petition, it is directed that the respondents shall not arrest the petitioner in Case Crime No.126 of 2010 under Sections 147, 148, 149, 436, 427 I.P.C. and 7 U.P. Criminal Amendment Act, Police Station Bela, District Auraiya till further orders.
