By means of this writ petition the petitioner has come to this Court with the grievance that the private respondent no. 5-Rama Kant is interfering in the agricultural land of the petitioner being Gata No. 752, 753, 747 situated at Village-Tarauha Rura, Tehsil-Karvi, District-Chitrakoot.
It is to be noted that if any private individual is interfering in the possession of the land of the petitioner, the petitioner has to file a suit for injunction if he has a clear title over the land in question. In a writ proceeding such a direction cannot be issued to a private respondent.
The writ petition is misconceived and it is, accordingly, dismissed.
