The petitioner approached this Court on account of the delay in considering the application to sanction Swatantrata Sainik Samman Pension. This writ petition is filed in the year 2008. It is not known whether the application has been finally considered or not. If the application is still pending, certainly, the same shall be considered in the light of the recommendation given by the State Government, at any rate, within a period of three months. However, if the application has been considered and the same has been rejected, the petitioner is free to challenge the same in a separate writ petition.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
