ORDER:
This contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order dated 26.12.2011 in W.P.No.16031 of 2010.
At the hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition submitted that the above-mentioned order of this Court has been complied with, by passing supplemental award and paying compensation to the petitioner.
Mr. M. Chandra Murthy, learned counsel for the petitioner, has accepted this submission.
In the light of the above-noted fact, the contempt case is closed.
