Order:
This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of Order, dated 15-11-2012, in WP.No.21919 of 2012, by the respondents.
After a prolonged litigation, a welcome relief is provided by the respondents by issuing G.O.Ms.No.68 Irrigation and CAD (LA) Department, dated 27-11-2014, in deference to the views of this Court. The said GO has instructed the Special Collector (LA) G.N.S.S., Kadapa, to take necessary action for payment of ex-gratia for the structures/house sites situated at Chukkayapalli Village, S.T.Colony, Nandalur Mandal, Kadapa District, to the 20 out of 36 petitioners herein. The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that this GO will be implemented and ex-gratia will be paid to the 20 identified petitioners within one month.
For the above mentioned reasons, this Contempt Case is closed and the respondents are discharged from the contempt proceedings.
