2. In this petition, the petitioner inter alia seek a direction to the respondent to consider the representations submitted by the petitioner at Annexures-W, Y, Z, ZA dated 9.10.2015, 28.12.2015, 2.1.2016 and 17.2.2016 respectively.
3. On perusal of records, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction that the respondent shall consider and decide the representations submitted by the petitioner, if not already decided, in accordance with law by a speaking order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today. Ordered accordingly.
4. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
