… Respondent THE HON’BLE SHRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE NO.2131 OF 2013 O R D E R This contempt case was instituted alleging willful disobedience to the order dated 08.08.2013 passed by this Court in W.P.No.17274 of 2013. By the said order, the Sub-Registrar, Bibinagar, was directed to receive and register the document presented by the petitioner without reference to the letters dated 01.01.2007 and 11.01.2012 issued by the Tahsildar, Bibinagar, Nalgonda District, and in the event, the document fulfilled the requirements of law, the same was directed to be registered and released in accordance with the due procedure.
The Sub-Registrar, Bibinagar, filed a counter-affidavit wherein she stated that the document has been duly registered as Document No.7185 of 2013 and was also released. In that view of the matter, the order stands complied with.
The contempt case is closed. No order as to costs.
