JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) The present application is for suspension of sentence and regular bail preferred by the applicant-appellant.
It appears that earlier, this Court vide order dated 24.4.2009 in Criminal Misc. Application No.4786 of 2009 had rejected the bail application for regular bail.
Hence, the present one is a successive bail application which cannot be granted.
However, as the matter is of the year 2008, office to expedite the preparation of the paper book.
Hence, application is dismissed.
