When these revision petitions came up for hearing today, the counsel for the revision petitioner in both the cases submitted that the prayer in these petitions has become infructuous as the main case itself has been tried and the revision petitioner is acquitted after trial. So the above submission of the counsel for the revision petitioner is recorded and these revision petitions are dismissed as infructuous. Sd/-
