This Court has been informed that the sole appellant Chotey Lal Alias Ram Bharosey has died in year 2013 and in this regard the concerned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Shahjahanpur has submitted a report dated 04.08.2020, which is available on record of this appeal marked as 'A'.
Considering the said report of the concerned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Shahjahanpur the present appeal on behalf of the sole appellant Chotey Lal Alias Ram Bharosey is not maintainable on behalf of the appellant who is dead.
