Vinay Devaraj, Advocate (Absent)) ...Respondent This WP is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondent to consider the representation vide Annexure-A dated 19.10.2013 to issue possession certificate and sale deed, in respect of site bearing No.1734 in favour of petitioner as per the allotment letter dated 31.01.2014.
This WP coming on for Preliminary Hearing in ‘B’ Group this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER The plea of the petitioner is for consideration of her representation dated 19.10.2013, vide Annexure-A. Since there has been a long lapse of time, it is just and appropriate to direct the respondent to consider the same in accordance with law.
2. Accordingly, the writ petition is allowed. The respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 19.10.2013, vide Annexure-A and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
