Concurrent orders passed on an application for temporary injunction are impugned. It is unnecessary to delve deep into all the aspects since the suit is ripe for trial.

2. I direct the Court of the Munsiff of Parappanangadi to dispose of O.S. No. 117/2011 on its file expeditiously. Every endeavour shall be made to dispose of the suit before the court closes for onam vacation.

The suit shall be disposed of untrammeled by any observation or finding contained in the orders impugned. The Original Petition is dismissed subject to the above clarification.
