JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the petition is called out and taken up for hearing learned advocate for the petitioner has requested that the petitioner may be permitted to amend the petition in terms of the draft amendment dated 15.10.2012.
Request as prayed for granted. The amendment to be carried out forthwith.
At this stage learned advocate for the respondent has submitted that the respondents desire to file reply so as to deal with the details placed on record by way of amendment. For the said purpose learned advocate for the respondent requests for some time.
