Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Amit Manohar, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel.
The petitioner is a contractor. He submitted e-tender pursuant to the notice dated 30.10.2019 but could not succeed, therefore, he has preferred this petition alleging that the successful bidders were not competent/eligible.
The allegation made by the petitioner in this regard is completely vague and does not inspire confidence. We do not find any good reason to exercise our extra ordinary jurisdiction in the matter.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
