THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE: K.S.APPA RAO CRIMINAL APPEAL No.1422 of 2010 (Criminal Appeal under Sec. 374(2) of Cr.P.C. preferred to the High Court against the Judgment of the Court of the IX Additional Sessions Judge (FTC), Guntur made in Crl.A.No. 100/2010 dt. 13-08-2010 preferred against the Judgment of the Court of the V Additional Junior Civil Judge, Guntur made in CC.No. 482/2010 dt. 15-02-2010) Between:

2. The State of Andhra Pradesh, rep. by its Public Prosecutor, High Court of A.P., High Court Buildings, Hyderabad.
Respondent/Accused The Petition coming on for hearing upon perusing the petition and grounds filed herein and the order of the High Court dated. 20-04-2012 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri G.V.Ramana Murthy, Advocate for the Appellant and of the Public Prosecutor for the Respondent No.2, the Court made the following ORDER:
“ On 20-04-2012, this Court directed the V Additional Junior Civil Judge, Guntur to issue Bailable Warrant to the accused for his apprehension and to bind over him for appearance either in person or through his advocate on 19-06-2012, but so far, the accused was not apprehended.
Batta was also paid.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the V Additional Junior Civil Judge, Guntur, is directed to issue Non-Bailable Warrant to the accused for his apprehension and production.
Post after two weeks.”
