JUDGMENT / ORDER

On 05.01.2017, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.V.Balaji, learned counsel submitted that he is going to file vakalat on behalf of the appellants and sought time. Subsequently, on 13.02.2017, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel submitted that he has not received any instructions from his client and therefore, sought further time to file vakalat. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted today i.e., 21.02.2017 and in the meantime, the learned counsel was directed to either file vakalat on behalf of the appellants or to get necessary instructions from his client to get along with the matter. Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel, reported no instructions from his client and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. In view of the same, the second appeal is dismissed. No costs.
