JUDGMENT / ORDER

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.28199 of 2008 Between:
The Chittoor Cooperative Sugars Limited Workers Union, Rep. by its General Secretary, A. Vadivelu PETITIONER AND 1. Government of Andhra Pradesh, Labour Department, rep. by its Commissioner of Labour, TAKS Bhavan, RTC ‘X’ Roads, Hyderabad, and others.
RESPONDENTS ORDER:
It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous.
The said submission is recorded and the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
