1. Sri V.R. Reddy Kovvuri, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition granting liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh writ petition and in that regard, he filed a letter, dated 23.04.2014 in the Registry.
2. Permission is accorded and the Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty as sought for. No costs.
3. In view of the disposal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.4099 of 2014 stands closed.
