The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners, who are Scheduled Castes candidates.
Learned counsel for both sides do not dispute the fact that the controversy involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment and order of this Court dated 26.7.2019 passed in Writ Petition No.11290 of 2019 (Manjulika Yadav Vs. State of U.P. and others).
That being the case, the present writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the judgment and order dated 26.7.2019.
