Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri S.K. Mishra, learned Standing Counsel for the opposite party.
The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order dated 31.07.2020 passed in Writ Petition No. 11361 of 2020 (Smt Chitrakala Singh Vs. State of U.P. and anther).
Today when the matter is taken up, Sri S.K.. Mishra, learned Standing Counsel for the opposite party placed instructions dated 22.10.2021 before this Court received from the office of the opposite party, the same is taken on record and a copy of the same has also been provided to the counsel for the applicant. It is stated in instructions that the necessary amount has been transmitted in the bank account of the applicant through NEFT on 18.10.2021 and in this regard, a letter has also been sent to the applicant on 21.10.2021 by the competent authority. It is argued that the order of the Writ Court has been fully complied with its letter and spirit and no further cause of action would further survived and prays for dismissal of the present contempt application.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Since the order of the writ court has already been complied with, therefore, no further order is required.
Accordingly, the present contempt application is dismissed.
