1. The present application is filed by the applicant - original accused praying that :
"17(A) YOUR LORDSHIPS be pleased to relax the condition no.5(c) and 5(d) imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Misc. Criminal Application No.7394 of 2010 vide order dated 13.08.2010, in view of the facts and circumstances narrated in this application, for the period of six weeks from 25 July 2012 till 7th September 2012 or any reasonable period as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper in the interest of justice."
2. Learned Advocate for the applicant Ms. Archana R. Acharya submitted that the applicant intends to undertake tour to China for business purpose starting from 03.08.2012 till 03.09.2012. She further submitted that the Passport is required before 24.07.2012 so as to enable him to procure visa.
3. Learned APP Mr. Poojari requested for time to take instructions in the matter.
4. Rule returnable on 27.07.2012.
5. By way of interim direction, it is directed that the Passport be made available to the applicant so as to undertake necessary procedure for getting visa.
6. At the request of learned APP, it is directed that the applicant shall not leave the country without express Order from this Court.
7. The authorities are directed to give the Passport to the applicant as early as possible but not latter than 24.07.2012.
