JUDGMENT:
This appeal is filed against judgment and decree dated 27.03.2012 in O.S.No.21 of 2011 on the file of the learned I Additional District Judge, Anantapur.
At the hearing, Mr. N. Chandrasekhar Reddy, learned counsel for the appellants, stated that the cause in the appeal has become infructuous.
In view of this submission, the appeal is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel to dismissal of the appeal, interim order dated 29.11.2012 is vacated and A.S.M.P.No.2926 of 2012 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
