JUDGMENT / ORDER

The husband has filed O.P. No. 22/2014 on the file of the Family Court, Kannur seeking restitution of conjugal rights. The husband is a native of Kannur though he is employed in Gulf country at Dubai. The wife is staying with her parents at Ernakulam and is a home maker. 2. It is a virtual impossibility for the wife to travel from Ernakulam to Kannur for the conduct of the case. It is particularly so since she has to look after the minor child born in the wedlock. It may only be a slight inconvenience for the husband to travel from Kannur to Ernakulam for the purpose.
3. I therefore order transfer of O.P. No. 22/2014 from the Family Court, Kannur to the Family Court, Ernakulam. The transferee court shall issue notice to the parties on conducting the proceedings to a logical end.
Transfer petition is disposed of.
