The learned Government Pleader submits that the direction given by this Court with regard to the cause of action projected in the writ petition has already been complied with and necessary orders were passed accordingly. It is stated that a detailed affidavit has been filed, explaining the sequence of events also producing copies of the documents. The version of the Government Pleader is not rebutted from the part of the petitioner. In the said circumstance, this Court does not find it necessary to proceed with further steps in this contempt matter.
The Contempt of Court Case is closed accordingly.
